Edify Life Counseling was birthed out of a heart for ministry. Our desire is to encourage, enlighten, and uplift others morally, spiritually, and intellectually. We believe that God has a plan for every person. Jeremiah 29:11 declares, “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” God’s Word has the answers needed to live life to its fullest, and Jesus’ example of obedience and dedication to His Father should guide us through this life. Being able to share, in confidence, your struggles and challenges with a Bible-based Christian counselor may be vital and beneficial to your walk with Christ. 

Bible-based Christian counseling in the Body of Christ allows us to fulfill our ministry role of supporting and edifying believers. In 1 Thessalonians 5:11 it says, “Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.” In this way we can place our hope in Titus 2:11-13, “For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people. It teaches us to say ‘No’ to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age, while we wait for the blessed hope—the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, who gave himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for himself a people that are his very own, eager to do what is good.”
