Discipleship Groups

Discipleship groups are a great place to see your faith become more mature. They’re a great place to become disciple-makers, and they’re a great place to be held accountable by other godly members as we walk closer with Christ.

There are various adult classes to choose from at this time.

Sunday Classes

Love Stories of the Bible Speak
Facilitated by: Crystal Whitaker
Starts August 2, 2026
Time: 5:30 – 7:30 pm
Room: 301 (The Hut)
Women Only

The Bible is full of “love” stories. But the Biblical idea of love is so much bigger than we imagine.

The Love Stories of the Bible Speak draws lessons from the good, the bad, and the ugly of Biblical romances, friendships, and families. She shows how God’s love is often very different from ours, turning upside down our assumptions about life, relationships, and each other.

The Love Stories of the Bible Speak reminds us that, no matter where we find ourselves, God’s unwavering love will sustain and guide us. These insights into biblical relationships will uplift and encourage you, and reveal new dimensions to the most central Christian duty: to love God and your neighbor.

Acts – In & Out
Facilitated by: Mike Colson
Time: 5:30 – 7:30 pm
Room: The Hut
Men Only

Luke’s first account was his Gospel in which he recorded all that Jesus began to do and teach. His second account we call Acts, or the Acts of the Apostles, in which Luke recorded what happened after Jesus’ ascension to the Father. Jesus sent the Holy Spirit, empowering the apostles to testify to the power of God in salvation and in living every day for the gospel. Learn how God spread the gospel through witnesses of Jesus’ death and resurrection, and from their examples, how you too can witness to others. Stand in awe of the power of God in believers to endure persecution and suffering for the cause of Christ and embrace His power in your life. Be encouraged by the results of faithful servants holding forth truth in a dark world; watch as the church grows numerically, geographically, and culturally.

Isaiah – In & Out
Facilitated by: Justin and Jessica Haddon
Sunday: 5:30 – 7:30 pm
Room: 202

Isaiah is the crown jewel of Old Testament prophets, a book that strikes awe in the heart of its reader, especially when its poetry is read in the Hebrew. Prophecies from Isaiah are mentioned in twenty-two places in the New Testament. The words of Isaiah were often found on the lips of the Christ, the Messiah prophesied in Isaiah. If Jesus, God incarnate, honored this grand and glorious book so highly, then you and I ought to do the same.

In Isaiah Part 1, we’ll meet the Holy One of Israel, and learn how He deals with those who claim Him as God but don’t honor Him as God in the way that they live. And we’ll find the destiny of nations, the future of all mankind…including ours.

When You Pray
Facilitated by: Ceci Ledford & Jessica Haddon
Starts June 3, 2026
Time: 5:45 – 7:15 pm
Room: 202

Do you have trouble thinking of words to say to God when you pray? Are you afraid some emotions are too intense to express to God? Do you reach the end of a day only to realize you haven’t prayed at all? You’re not alone. Prayer is the way we relate to God, but sometimes it’s a struggle. Throughout God’s Word, we encounter many voices who teach us how to pray.

In this 7-session study, join with six beloved Bible teachers who will help you study prayers in the Bible that can inspire your own. You’ll learn that God welcomes your praise and lament, your thanksgiving and intercession. You’ll see examples of how to pray when you’re alone and when you’re gathered with others. Above all, you’ll notice there’s no one right way to pray. As you draw near to God through prayer, you’ll find your faith strengthened and your heart united to Christ.
